Absolutely Energized Solar is a full-service solar electric provider. Our in-house capabilities include feasibility studies, system design and engineering, project management, and turnkey installation using our own highly trained employees. From the beginning of a project’s development and engineering through to installation, testing, and post-install monitoring and maintenance, we use our own team/crews to ensure flawless execution.

Absolutely Energized Solar only accepts work in New Jersey, Connecticut, and New York. A focused strategy of only accepting work in this region allows us to maintain the highest level of expertise in local rebate programs, regulations, and installation conditions. Optimized System Design

Our design approach is all about optimizing energy yield, long-term reliability, and customization. Starting with the mechanical layout, our in-house engineers scour every inch of your available space, first using experience as a guide and then technology, such as advanced computer aided design and shading analysis software. The goal is to ensure that we design a system that uses every inch of available space while exposing the array to minimal shading from obstructions. At times, this approach may mean that our system sizes are “smaller” than our competitors’, but we do not see any value in putting extra modules into a system design if obstructions block them from getting the sunlight needed to create strong electrical production and consequently high returns.

Installation

For the Absolutely Energized Solar team, successful project execution means much more than just installing a great solar system. We believe that the success of our project is integrally linked to the customer experience we create and that a positive customer experience relies on a foundation of clear and direct communication. However, communication is only the means to an end. Our ultimate goal is the precise execution of a well thought out project plan with minimal impact on our customer’s day-to-day business activities.

Early in our company’s history we learned that the only way we could ensure the highest quality of work was to maintain our own installation crews year round. Today, those installation crews have become the heart and soul of the Absolutely Energized Solar organization. From high level Site Supervisors to our laborers, our field group acts professionally and courteously at all times. We also do background checks on all new hires.

In addition to specialty training, our crews receive formal OSHA safety training and vocational training once a month. Our current average time with the company per field crew member is 4.1 years. Our supervisors alone total a combined 30 years of experience in commercial solar electric work.

Customized Equipment Selection

Many of our competitors take the position that all solar equipment is created equal and therefore should be considered a commodity. At Absolutely Energized Solar, we simply do not believe that to be true. We do, however, believe that making sense out of all of the different products and services offered in the solar industry can be difficult. That is why we put so much effort into understanding the technologies, manufacturing techniques, and the financial positions of the products and companies that we recommend. The more a customer helps us understand their company’s needs and wants, the better we can put together a matching customized solution. Our reputation and purchasing volume allow us to source every viable product on the market today all at very competitive prices.

System Testing and Follow-Up Support

Every commercial system that Absolutely Energized Solar installs is tested from top to bottom during construction. After construction is completed but prior to commissioning, each large commercial system then goes through an additional day of visual inspection and electrical testing led by the company president. No large commercial inverter is turned on without passing the “company president’s scrutiny.” Our internal testing is so rigorous that to date our team has passed every large commercial township inspection first try!

It would be a fantastic world if nothing ever went wrong and equipment never failed. However, as carefully as we source our equipment and as conscientiously as we build our systems, occasionally we do see small failures. This is exactly why every large commercial solar system Absolutely Energized Solar installs comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty, which includes troubleshooting and replacement of defective equipment.
